Service Overview A meticulous, professional takedown of protective styles, thoughtfully performed to release the hair with care, precision, and minimal breakage. This service is designed for standard, well-maintained braided styles and is billed hourly with a one-hour minimum. Time beyond the initial hour will be assessed and charged based on the actual duration required to complete the service. Includes: • Gentle removal of protective styles • Light detangling as needed during the takedown process • Hair sectioned and prepared for a subsequent wash Does Not Include: • Shampooing or conditioning • Blow-drying or styling • Cutting or trimming • Chemical services • Extension installation or removal beyond standard braided or twisted styles Important Service Notice This service is reserved for standard, unmatted braid or twist takedowns. Hair that is excessively matted, neglected, or compacted may require extended time, a specialized detangling, matted service, or a rescheduled appointment. Any additional time required will be communicated prior to proceeding.
